SHIPPING POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. This is the reason for The Ware Tribe Customer Service Guarantee. All of our product sales are final and items are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, such as damaged merchandise, please contact us.

Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.

The Ware Tribe (Chef Karter, Harley’s Body Care and Splatters) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

Please contact customer support with any inquiries or issues regarding your order.

If a packaged is returned to us for address errors, you will be responsible for paying a $9 reshipping free.

RETURN POLICY

There are no returns on these items, as these are all products that cannot be restocked.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by phone 214-273-0044 or email at thewaretribe20@gmail.com to discuss how to resolve the issue.  We definitely pride in taking care of our Village.

PO BOX SHIPPING

We ship to PO boxes! Shipping prices on orders to PO boxes are calculated based on weight and zip code. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping prices to other international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code. The arrival time varies.

DELIVERY TIMES

We usually ship in 24-48 hours. Usually shipping times are 3-5 days for handling and depending on the service chosen at checkout. Also, certain products (Sea Moss Gelly and Body Butter) only ship Monday-Wednesday during warmer months because of slight delays in USPS and UPS delivery service.  We want to ensure our products arrive to the customer the way we ship them!
