WHAT’S YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

We work to provide the best customer service and fastest shopping. We ship all orders in 24-48 hours. We ship orders through USPS and UPS. All priority orders will come with tracking. 

If you order first class mail through USPS, you will receive basic tracking. It will show our post office scan from Duncanville or Cedar Hill, Texas and when your package is delivered only. It will show where the package was delivered. If you want a detailed tracking, you must pay for priority. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! We use USPS to ship worldwide.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS?

We ask that you please double verify your shipping address and personal information prior to completing checkout. If you complete the transaction and feel that your address is inaccurate, then immediately email, message or call us and we’ll assist you with updating your shipping details.

If your package is returned due to the wrong address, you are responsible for the fee to reship or a restocking fee. We know this may be inconvenient and really wish we could reship without charging but as a small business we can’t afford to pay additional shipping costs. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Send a email or call us and we’ll assist you with the necessary changes to your order. Emails will be addressed in the order they were received.

WHAT DOES “BACK ORDERED” MEAN AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT MY ORDER?

If we have a mass amount of orders, due to the size of our team, there may be a delay before the order is shipped out. Otherwise, your order will be packaged and mailed quickly as possible. Once mailed we will provide tracking information by email to the customer.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FREE SAMPLES AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, we do not. We try our best to keep our prices low to keep them affordable. We appreciate our village!!! 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IF I LIVE NEAR YOU?

Yes, please email or call us to make arrangements to place an order for local pickup. Please contact us prior to placing the order online.

WHAT IS THE SALT CONTENT OF YOUR SEASONINGS?

Many seasonings in the industry can contain hundreds of milligrams of sodium. This poses as a risk for many people and leads to several health conditions. My seasonings contain a very small percent of sea salt or Himalayan pink salt, which is a fraction of what you find commercially.

HOW SAFE ARE YOUR SEASONINGS IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS?

Always consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns regarding food allergies or medical conditions. You are welcome to email us if you have specific questions.
